Breathing and meditation is a great way to reduce stress/be relaxed (one of 3 main components in your program). This puts you in your parasympathetic nervous system where you’ll burn fat. When you are stressed you are mainly in the sympathetic nervous system which burns muscle and stores fat.
Happy Body Exercises is another part of your daily routine which will become a habit like brushing your teeth. This is another integral part of the program. Improving your posture, burn fat, build muscle, increase flexibility, improve speed co-ordination and balance.
