To Enquire about personal training you may want:

To have 1 session to really train something specific like a Technique, to have someone coach your own program once in a while, check your fitness level, or just want to try it out.

For multiple sessions you may want to ask about the programming and diet advice, to get more in depth coaching, to reach a certain goal. Competition, weight target or other, or just to be ahead of the curve when it comes to training.
