Harry: My experience starts at 5 years old when I started Karate Jutsu Kai, a bare knuckle Kyokushin style Martial art learning from world class teachers; training and competing in Scotland, Australia, Denmark, England. I practiced this style consistently in Australia until I was 20 and then explored other forms and systems of exercise including- Yoga, Calisthenics, Crossfit, Gym, BJJ and other martial arts. I studied and practiced Nursing for a few years until I realized my passion as a Fitness Trainer. I have around 5 years experience as a Personal Training and instructing Fitness, coaching clients to reach their goals varying from: Weight loss, Muscle Building, general Health and strength etc.
I specialize in creating a healthy well-rounded lifestyle which might mean training in different aspects of health and fitness e.g diet, mobility, cardio, weight loss, strength. My goal is to train the body to experience it’s full range and capabilities. I also specialize in sport specific training e.g. for a competition.
