There’s so much information out there that it can be overwhelming for those looking to improve. To wade through the shit to find those gems.

The Sisu belies in improvement, even when life knocks you down. It’s about developing as a person, striving to be healthy, to achieve your goals, being stronger, happier which might mean realizing your strengths and just as importantly exposing your weaknesses, in order to do this you have to be humble.

There are so many amazing tools techniques, training systems in so many areas of health and fitness. So The Sisu is here as an outlet for the quality, the best of the best and to help those on their paths so you can practice anywhere anytime.


Harry: My experience starts at 5 years old when I started Karate Jutsu Kai, a bare knuckle Kyokushin style Martial art learning from world class teachers; training and competing in Scotland, Australia, Denmark, England. I practiced this style consistently in Australia until I was 20 and then explored other forms and systems of exercise including- Yoga, Calisthenics, Crossfit, Gym, BJJ and other martial arts. I studied and practiced Nursing for a few years until I realized my passion as a Fitness Trainer.

I coach┬áin creating a healthy well-rounded lifestyle which might mean training in different aspects of health and fitness e.g diet, mobility, cardio, weight loss, strength. My goal is to train the body to experience it’s full range and capabilities.
